One of our direct clients is actively seeking a Data Conversion Specialist to join their team.

Job Title: Data Conversion Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+ extension


Duties:

The duties of a Data Conversion Specialist include, but are not limited to:
  • Analyze and map data from the old system to the new one;
  • Develop and implement data conversion plans;
  • Design and execute data validation and testing processes;
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements;
  • Research and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement;
  • Mentor and train other team members on data conversion best practices;
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status.
