Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Administrator
Location: Detroit, MI

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Airport Authority is seeking qualified candidates who will utilize their knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve as an on site Oracle Fusion HCM Administrator responsible for the modules Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits as well as workflow optimization, fast formulas, and custom report development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Support Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
  • Configure and optimize fast formulas and workflows to streamline business operations.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports in Oracle Fusion (BI Publisher, OTBI).
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Strong experience with fast formulas, workflow optimization, and custom reports.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Effective communicator who can work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies (or equivalent):

  • Working Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Best Practices.
  • Experience with business process analysis.
  • Experience with technical design specifications.
  • Experience with data management.
  • Willingness to train internal staff.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, IT Change Control, and Cloud Deployment Methodologies.
  • Familiarity with core technologies including: ServiceNow, Office365.
  • Oracle <HCM Function> Cloud 2025 Certified Implementation Professional
  • Experience in the public sector.
