These individuals will be responsible for monthly training, discovery, calls, foundational training, and user adoption training

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Trainer with MuleSoft and ServiceNow certifications to lead training, user enablement, and adoption initiatives across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs, conducting discovery sessions, facilitating user adoption, and ensuring users effectively leverage Salesforce and related technologies to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly instructor-led training sessions for Salesforce users, administrators, and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and user adoption opportunities.
  • Design and deliver foundational Salesforce training for new users and onboarding programs.
  • Facilitate user adoption training focused on improving platform utilization, business process alignment, and user productivity.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, presentations, job aids, and e-learning content.
  • Lead virtual and in-person training workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with business teams, system administrators, and project stakeholders to align training with organizational goals and system enhancements.
  • Support change management and training efforts related to new Salesforce releases, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce integrations and workflows involving MuleSoft and ServiceNow platforms.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through user feedback, assessments, and adoption metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Salesforce best practices and user enablement.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Trainer, Salesforce Consultant, or Salesforce Administrator with training responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform functionality, business processes, and user adoption methodologies.
  • Experience conducting discovery sessions, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise training programs.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver training content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and change management initiatives.

Certifications Required

  • Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent).
  • MuleSoft Certification.
  • ServiceNow Certification.
