One of our direct clients is actively seeking a IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager to join their team.

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+ extension

Duties:

The duties of a IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead a wide range of technology initiatives and services to support the business priorities of the company.
  • Collaborate within and outside of IT to understand growing business demands in the End User Services (EUS) space.
  • Develop and maintain security reporting to provide real-time and on-demand compliance status
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging trends in information security risks; apply new techniques and trends, in-line with overall information security objectives
  • Manage critical monitoring functions across all applications and infrastructure services.
  • Collaborate with the cyber security operations center to respond to critical cyber alerts and events.
  • Coordinate storm and other operational responses across all IT groups.
  • Strengthen the organizations services in End User Support, Network Operations Center (NOC), and the Service Desk.
  • Ensure integration within and between IT domains by streamlining requests that are received by EUS or the Service Desk.
  • Set ambitious and clear vision for the team and communicate it effectively within the Infrastructure and Operations team and external partners.
  • Manage service provider services and accountability to meet SLAs, deliverables and obligations.
  • Develop metrics with service provider to measure key areas that impact delivery of the service to our customers.
  • Verify vendor data for meeting SLAs and manage vendor payments on a monthly basis in collaboration with Vendor Managment Office group.
  • Manage asset inventory and internal budget for desktops, laptops and peripheral equipment.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvements across the team including the vendor, refine current SLAs and evaluate potential new SLAs for managing vendor service delivery.
  • Manage projects including but not limited to resources, scope, budget (costs), schedule and overall project plans.
  • Monitor the IT and business industry as well as best practices and develop strategies for operations of EUS, NOC and Service Desk.
  • Communicate and influence strategic direction and represent IT at senior executive level meetings.

Required Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years work experience to include at least four (4) years experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations in any industry. or
  • Master's Degree and a minimum of 5 years work experience to include at least two (2) years experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations in any industry
