Job Description

We’re seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist with deep experience across Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, and Function Apps. The ideal candidate will possess a strong API development background, a solid understanding of modern identity and access management (IAM) practices, and a track record of delivering secure, scalable integrations across complex enterprise environments.

This is a customer-facing role that requires exceptional communication skills, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in dynamic project environments. You’ll collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to design, develop, and support end-to- end integrations across systems like Salesforce, internal APIs, and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and other Azure services.
  • Develop and manage APIs that are secure, scalable, and well-documented.
  • Collaborate with customers to define integration requirements and lead technical discussions.
  • Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra External ID (formerly Azure AD B2C).
  • Ensure integrations follow security best practices, including endpoint protection and data privacy.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and support production workloads.
  • Maintain reusable integration patterns and documentation to support long-term maintainability and reuse.
  • Work cross-functionally with Salesforce developers and business analysts on integration points and API consumption.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure Functions.
  • Proven background in RESTful API development and management.
  • Deep understanding of OAuth, JWT, and modern API security protocols.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra External ID or similar CIAM platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex integration issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and common use cases.
  • Experience with other Microsoft Azure services such as Event Grid, Service Bus, or Data Factory.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
