Overview: This requisition is for a part-time GIS analyst who is interested in contracting 10-20 hours per week primarily during business hours.

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Treasurer staff, this GIS Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing and managing spatial data as part of a Geographic Information System. This position plays a key role in planning and coordinating GIS data collection initiatives and projects. This role will serve as a data and technology advocate to promote data sharing collaboration to help improve data-based decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Edit and maintain existing GIS data. Knowledge of GIS dataset schema design, views, tables and attribution. Prepare and deliver technical written and verbal reports in a clear and logical manner. Work independently and as a member of a team. Coordinate multiple work-streams and meet deadlines. Exercise judgment and initiative in analyzing problems and recommending solutions. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS for Desktop, ArcGIS for Server, ArcGIS for Mobile, MS Visio, Microsoft 365 Services.
