Job Title: SAP - IMRO Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP iMRO Architect with a strong background in Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Induction, Disassembly, Inspection, and Component Repair processes, with the ability to lead workshops, capture business requirements, and design scalable end-to-end IMRO solutions integrated with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP iMRO solutions across the Induction (Induction Notifications), Disassembly (Service Orders), Inspection and Disposition, and Component Repair process areas.
  • Work extensively on Induction/Inspection Workbench, Work Order Execution, and related functionalities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define system architecture aligned with A&D maintenance and repair operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of iMRO with other SAP modules, including:
  • Production Planning (PP)
  • Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • Project Systems (PS)
  • Procurement (MM)
  • Support integration between SAP ERP and non-SAP systems, ensuring data consistency and optimized process flow.
  • Drive functional design sessions, create detailed specifications, and work closely with development teams on enhancements.
  • Provide guidance for testing, cutover, and go-live support activities.
  • Conduct workshops with business users and prepare functional documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 10 years in SAP iMRO.
  • Strong expertise in Induction, Inspection, and Component Repair functions.
  • Experience in Aerospace and Defenseindustry processes and compliance requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of iMRO integration with PP, SD, PS, and MM.
  • Hands-on experience in interface design and integration between SAP ERP and non-SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to run workshops and engage with business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of Maintenance Engineering Processes and Data Objects such as:
  • Maintenance Task Lists
  • Maintenance Programs (SBs, ADs, etc.)
  • As-Allowed and As-Maintained Structures
  • Exposure to SAP BTP and related integration tools will be a plus.
  • SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance (PM)or A&D Industry Solutions (IMRO) is desirable.
