Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+ extension

Duties:

The duties of a Operations Manager include, but are not limited to:
  • Be responsible for multiple team(s), department(s) or functional area(s); drives results aligned with planning, cost management and methods
  • Foster a great place to work by clearly communicating mission, vision, goals, roles, and expectations for team members; recognizing top talent and team achievements; building successful working relationships across the organization; ensuring a safe and healthy work environment; delivering the tools, time, and talent needed to succeed
  • Own the budget management, resource management, process improvements, and technology changes for the team(s), department(s) or functional area(s) within purview of this role
  • Develop and implement annual budget
  • Manage several related projects, often with the intention of improving the organization's performance
  • Validate and Mange contracted provider universe to ensure compliance is maintained for all regulatory requirements across varying Lines of Business. Includes Operational Controls and Credentialing Controls to serve as a Gate Keeper for provider approval for Production deployment
  • Manage Credentialing Operations to ensure both regulatory and Business compliance to requirements. Includes Inventory Management, System Access and Security, Provider and facility Credentialing to full compliance, Processing Vendor oversight, Auditing and Quality Assurance and System/Database management.
  • Serve as an active Leader within Operations to support Business outcomes regardless of function to improve and sustain Operational performance and compliance to regulatory and Business requirements and commitments
 

QUALIFICATIONS
Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience, including 4 years of management experience
  • Preferred demonstrated acumen and experience to Inventory Management concepts and controls
  • Preferred demonstrated Quality Assurance and Auditing acumen and experience
  • Preferred demonstrated acumen and experience in development and execution of Operational Controls and Management of a Control Environment
  • Preferred demonstrated assessment, diagnostic and remediation skills
  • Preferred demonstrated Customer & Relationship Management skills
