Job Title: Oracle Apex full stack developer
Location: Remote, VA

The City seeks a full time Oracle Apex full stack developer to support a robust financial application supporting key revenue streams for the City. Candidate must be experienced with designing and executing complex Oracle SQL logic in the integration of data to support its Oracle Enterprise Resource planning system.

Skill Matrix

  • Oracle Apex full stack developer, including gathering requirements, developing and implementing browser-based applications using, Application Express Required 10 Years
  • Experience designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex; Required 10 Years
  • Experience in developing scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration Required 10 Years
  • Experience in developing External Tables, Joins, Indexes and sequences. Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed. Required 10 Years
  • Query optimization, performance and tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing, Hints, Bulk Binds, Bulk Collect Required 10 Years
  • Experience debugging complex applications and remediating defects in a fast paced environment. Required 10 Years
  • Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools Required 10 Years
  • Ability to lead groups/gather requirements/define solution sets and remediate defects Required 10 Years
